Philicia Baugh has not had an easy life but demonstrates that every day of her journey has been worth it. Philicia is the only girl in a five-sibling lineup raised by a single mother. At the age of 15, she became pregnant and life as she knew it ended abruptly. She climbed the ladder of adversity, marginalizing the statistic of being a teen parent destine to fail, to become a Board-Certified Human Service Practitioner.

With more than 20 years of parenting under her belt, she works to help others shake their shame and internalize the freedom of peace. Philicia is a certified mediator who seizes every opportunity to enhance the lives of others. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree (BS) in Human Services, Masters of Science degree (MS) in Legal Studies and an Educational Specialist degree (Ed.S) in Educational Leadership.
